Starting a Live Session
Setup the Meta Quest headset.

Grab your Meta Quest headset, open a browser in your VR headset and go to vr.ovrcome.io. Make sure you are not going to app.ovrcome.io on the headset (the Clinician Portal link is to be used on the computer only)
Log into your account using [your Portal registration email]
You will see a waterfall screen, this is the lobby. Next you will need to connect to your clients live session to start streaming their hierarchy. This is done from your computer.
Connect to the client's live session from your computer.

From the Clinician Portal (app.ovrcome.io on the Desktop), select the client you’d like to connect with
On the overview page, click on Connect under the Meta Quest headset.
Note: If you intend to run a real live session, please do not click on the Live session preview. This is only a simulation.

Clicking on the 'Connect' button will open a full information page recapping all the instructions on how to successfully connect and run a live session. Only steps 1-4 will be dynamically crossed out based on your prior activity.

If the orange Live Session button is inactive, it means a required setup step has been missed. In that case, please go to the top of that page and check the checklist - it will guide you through any missing steps.
Additional troubleshooting: On your computer, are you using the compatible Chrome or Firefox browser?
Run the live session.

From here, clicking the 'Start Live Session' button will connect you to the client wearing a headset
Your client will continue seeing the Waterfall scene until such time you start the exposure. Once connected, you will be able to drive the exposure session from your computer.

To start exposure, select any of the videos in the client's hierarchy on the right hand side and click on it. Or to play the first video available, click on the 'next' button as shown.

Whatever you select in the Portal, will then come through to the client's headset.
