Today, when you have a few moments to yourself - be it during a break at work or while lying in bed at night - take some time to lean back, close your eyes, and really picture a scene in your mind that feels calming and safe.
Keep practicing this skill. Over time, you’ll be able to soothe your brain from thoughts and worries around your phobia or other fears that can get overwhelming.
