Sydney Phobia Clinic and oVRcome are offering a joint workshop in Sydney to help you overcome your fear of needles. This workshop will consist of two parts over two nights and cover psychoeducation and guided virtual reality exposure therapy.

Clinical Psychologist Corrie Ackland will give an explanation of phobic cycle development and maintenance and how CBT aims to correct this to see improvement in symptoms, plus overview of physiological and cognitive management strategies. oVRcome founder Adam Hutchinson and Corrie will provide you with a virtual reality headset and guide you through the virtual reality exposure therapy for fear of needles using your own smartphone.
