In today’s quick lesson, you’re going to try a reframing technique where you’ll be asking yourself, “What’s the worst that can happen?”
After you complete this exercise, you’ll understand how to reframe anxious thoughts when you’re faced with aerophobia.
Over the next 24 hours, pay attention to anything negative that you might be telling yourself. If you feel like you’re unable to cope with aerophobia or something else during the day, try asking yourself, “What’s the worse that can happen?” to put yourself into a more positive, calm, can-do situation.
