Starting a Remote Live Session

Please Note:

Before beginning a live session your client will need a smartphone, an internet connection, access to the oVRcome App and a Google Cardboard-style VR headset, which can be ordered through us.

Connect with your client remotely

1. Log in

Your client should sign into the oVRcome app with their subscription email.

2. Confirm readiness

Before starting the live session, check that your client has the app open and ready to receive your request.

3. Allow permissions

On the first connection (or after an app update), the client will be asked to allow audio and camera access. These must be accepted for the session to begin.
