Introducing the Professional Version of the oVRcome Clinician Portal: Two Years of Learning, Building, and Listening

Today we're launching oVRcome Professional, the next step in our mission to lower the barriers for clinicians to deliver exposure therapy.

Over the last two years we've worked closely with clinicians around the world to understand what helps them successfully integrate exposure therapy into their practice, and what gets in the way.

We've learned that clinicians don't all start in the same place.

Some are curious about VR and want to experiment with a small number of clients before committing. Others are already delivering exposure therapy to a broader client base. That's why we've introduced both a Free and Professional version of oVRcome. You can read more about each plan here.

Why Keep a Free Version?

One of our core beliefs is that clinicians should be able to experience the value of exposure therapy technology before being asked to pay for it.

The Free version is designed to help clinicians get started with confidence. It includes:

Up to 2 active clients (main difference)
Access to the VR exposure library
Basic hierarchy creation tools
Homework and client engagement features
Core educational content
Live exposure sessions

For many clinicians, this is enough to begin exploring how VR can fit into their practice and start achieving positive outcomes for clients.

Why Create Professional?

As we've expanded the platform, we've invested heavily in features that help clinicians save time and deliver more personalised care.

Professional is designed for clinicians who want to make oVRcome a core part of their workflow.

Professional includes everything available in the Free version. The primary differences are the ability to add unlimited active clients and access premium support. We deliberately chose not to place core clinical functionality behind a paywall, ensuring clinicians can experience the value of the platform before deciding to upgrade.

Supporting the Future of Exposure Therapy

The introduction of Professional isn't simply about adding a paid tier.

It's about creating a sustainable model that allows us to continue investing in the platform, expanding our content library, developing new AI capabilities, and supporting the growing community of clinicians using oVRcome.

At the same time, we remain committed to maintaining a meaningful Free version that allows clinicians to get started without financial barriers.

Looking Ahead

When we started this journey, our goal wasn't to build another software platform.

Our goal was to help more people access exposure therapy by making it easier for clinicians to deliver.

That goal remains exactly the same today.

We're incredibly grateful to the thousands of clinicians who have helped shape oVRcome through their feedback, ideas, and willingness to try something new.

The launch of Professional is a major milestone, but it's only the beginning of what's next.
