Using oVRcome With Your Therapist
A trusted partner in your journey to overcome phobias and social anxiety

What is oVRcome?
oVRcome brings virtual reality exposure therapy (VRET) to your smartphone, helping you manage phobias and social anxiety in a more convenient, safe, and controlled way — all under the guidance of your therapist.

How It Works With Your Therapist
Your therapist will:

Build a personalized exposure program from our extensive VR library

Decide who will be purchasing the oVRcome VR headset, if needed.

An email invitation will be sent to your email address. Once accepted, you are all ready to go!
Important:
Please do not sign up directly through the oVRcome website, as those programs are self-guided and cannot be connected to your clinician’s plan
oVRcome can be used:

In-clinic (via your clinician's headset such as Meta Quest or Pico)

During remote sessions (via your own smartphone paired with a VR headset for smartphones)

As homework between appointments (via your own smartphone paired with a VR headset for smartphones)
What is the cost?
Access to oVRcome is free. Your therapist will let you know if they’re covering the cost of a headset or if you’ll need to purchase one from oVRcome. You can also choose to use your own headset.
